Access4you is integrated into the WELL Building Standard, LEED v5, and the BREEAM assessment method. Access4you Bronze Certification can support WELL Feature C13 (Accessibility and Universal Design) and also qualify as an Alternative Compliance Path and Pilot Credit in LEED v5 – earning projects 1 to 3 points, depending on the level achieved. Within BREEAM, from the Bronze level, Access4you certification can contribute up to 4 credits in the Building Design and Construction category and 1 exemplary credit at the In-Use scheme.
